Now i do not know if anyone from another country wants to go in all that trouble with manual proxies for another's country flag.But just in case there is here is the way:

If you are from anywhere else, you'll have to use a manual proxy (How? Click HERE).

Web proxies don't work with this kind of contests.

After setting the manual proxy, go to this link:

Hit Enter and log in to your account. Once you log in, make a dress up on the doll of the contest and click 'Save Doll'. The flag should be in your suite.
