If you are from anywhere else you will HAVE to use a web proxy.(otherwise it won't work) 
So..Go to:  http://webypass.info  
Paste this into the proxy url bar:

http://www.stardoll.com/

Log in and then in the proxy url bar now paste this:

http://www.stardoll.com/en/do/campaign/lovepop.php?official=true 

hit enter or click "Go"
..wait for the page to load...close the proxy and go to your suite as usual....it will be there
