We could take it with a web proxy as well but i do not know any Croatian web proxy if you know please comment

(It's really slow and i do not know if this dress worths the trouble but i'm posting the way anyway)
After setting the proxy go here:

Log in and done. Get rid of the proxy now. The Dress will be in your suite.
