If you are from anywhere else, you will need to use a manual proxy for this type of contest. (If you don't know how to use a manual proxy, click HERE. It should help.) I used:
IP: 188.138.116.24 Port: 3128
Log into Stardoll and replace the proxy URL with:
http://www.stardoll.com/en/contest/view.php?id=2905
It should take you to a contest page that looks like this:
